Do this for at least 20 seconds. • Dry your hands with clean disposable paper towels. • Use gel sanitizers and hand wipes only when soap and water are not available. • Wash your hands periodically throughout the day. Member Spotlight Shrinking Woman By her own design! Carol Wypick (pictured above) has been a Los Cab member for many years and can be seen in the pool on most days. For the past 3 years Carol has been working hard stepping-up her fitness routine, adding indoor fitness, more walking (in and out of the water!) and more group classes! in the last 6 months she has become this incredible ‘shrinking woman,’ losing 3 dress sizes.
