Happy Easter/Passover/Earth Day BODYPUMPTM In honor of World Health Day (April 7) I would like to invite all of you to check out our newest fitness program BODYPUMP™ at the fitness center. The Club has purchased several new sets of weights specifically for this program and trainers have spent several weeks learning this new and exciting program. LOS CAB CAFE After your workout, recharge your system at the Los Caballeros Café and try the ‘Daniel Burger.’ It’s ‘Lent friendly,’ vegetarian and (meat lover or not) absolutely delicious! ADOPT-A-SOLDIER Los Cab’s ‘Adopt A Soldier’ program has proven a huge success and thus far we have sent 5 large boxes of goodies and items to our troops in Afghanistan. I have received several e-mails of appreciation and thanks and a few first-hand accounts of how deeply touched and appreciative they were to be remembered and thought of. Special thanks for the cards as well. Those, apparently, wet several eyes. Thank you to everyone who has participated in this.
