Aqua Fit (shallow water): This shallow water class is a non-stop aerobic challenge. We focus on strength, toning, cardiovascular conditioning, range of motion, and flexibility. Although the class is fast-paced and athletic, it is great for EVERYONE. This class is highly recommended for anyone interested in cross training. Digging Deep (deep water): Using three basic movements, see how intense you can make your workout. By changing speed, range of motion, and direction, we can turn a simple chain of movements into a challenging workout event! |

Strength and Conditioning: A 45-minute class that begins with warm-up and moves right into body alignment, then proceeds to strengthen and condition the body by utilizing aqua bells and noodles. A final stretch will complete the class. Held in the shallow end of the big pool. Please Note: Classes have been designed to focus on different levels of fitness, however we encourage you to join us in any class and challenge your own level of fitness.
