If YOGA is your exercise of choice, you

can set up private or group training sessions

with select Certified Yoga Instructors.  If

AQUATICS is what you want, our Certified Aquatic Instructors can provide you with

personal shallow or deep-water aquatic

classes as well as teaching you proper deep water running techniques.  Or, get in shape

with PILATES training which is a proven

method to help develop long, lean muscle

tone without bulk.  Pilates is appropriate for

all fitness levels.

This is not a problem.  Our 5 and 10 session packages can be divided into a combination

of Fitness, Pilates, Yoga, and Aquatic training.
