Join the fun!  Take your volleyball game to a higher level!  Wednesday night is YOUR night of intensive volleyball at Los Cab!

 

 

 

Here is the Friday night drill:

 

6:30pm Warm Up

 

7:15pm Six-Person Play

 

9:00pm Two-Person Challenge

 

 

 

Indoor volleyball is set up on our BLUE basketball court in addition to

our designated indoor volleyball court totaling three courts available for

use by Los Cab members.  If sand volleyball is your game, then try our

outdoor sand court next to the Theatre!  No need to sign up.

TCA "Team Complete Athlete"

 

Training Environment:  All TCA athletes train at the Los Caballeros

Racquet & Sports Club.  Los Cab gives TCA 3 volleyball courts for practice,

a sand volleyball court, as well as a fitness center, weight room and Olympic

pool for athletes to increase their strength, agility and speed.  Athletes will

be able to train side-by-side, which allows younger athletes to mirror our

older athletes bringing a faster learning curve for younger teams. 

 

TCA stresses to athletes that they are not only playing for a team, but an

entire program.  TCA wants to develop a tradition and use that tradition of

success to maintain a successful program.
