Built in 1987, the Terrace retains classic wood floors and draperies. Reimagined as a modern ballroom in Spring 2023, it features elegant French doors, dance floor, crystal chandeliers, luxe Italian seating at one end, and the outdoor Terrace deck with floor-to-ceiling drapes and twinkling lights at the other. Perfect for weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings.

Outside caterers welcome with buyout fee and pre-approval. Outside vendors (DJ, photographer, florist) accepted with valid insurance. Food trucks allowed with health department documentation. Bar must be handle in-house.
